• 0.1 mL spreads to about 10 mm, roughly the width of the bottom of the 2.5 mL plunger. This is equivalent to 40 mg of CBD.
• 0.2 mL spreads to about 15 mm, roughly the width of the bottom of the 10 mL plunger. This is equivalent to 80 mg of CBD.

To avoid wasting product, measure into a spoon or onto a small dish. RSO has a stronger flavor and thicker consistency than some other formats; if this is an issue for you, try mixing your dose with a small amount of honey or spreading it onto a small piece of chocolate to make holding it in your mouth easier for longer.
