How do I turn the Lookah Turtle on and off?

To power on the Lookah Turtle, click the power button five times rapidly. To turn off the battery, click the button five times rapidly while it is powered on. The LED light will flash once to signal that the battery is ready to use.

How can I change the voltage setting? 

When the battery is powered on, click the button two times rapidly to cycle through the different power levels.

How do I know which color corresponds to which voltage?

Blue is 3.2V, Purple is 3.6V, and White is 3.9V.

Will my 1 gram cartridge fit inside? 

Yes, the Lookah Turtle is compatible with most cartridges that use standard 510-thread. This includes all larger 1ml cartridges or 1-gram tanks that use universal 510-thread, as long as they aren’t too wide to fit inside the shell.

How do I charge my battery? 

Plug your USB-C charging cable into the port located on the side of the battery. The LED light will indicate that the battery is charging by remaining on. Once your 400mAh battery is fully charged, the light will turn off or change colors.

How do I fill my Lookah Turtle cartridge?

Remove the magnetic top shell from the battery. Unscrew your empty cartridge from its oil (if applicable) and screw it directly onto the threaded connection on the battery. Once secure, place the magnetic top shell back onto the battery.
